Kelley Abell is an experienced project manager dedicated to supporting diverse nonprofit organizations and initiatives to drive impactful change. With a career that has encompassed arts, education, and social services, she excels in facilitating conversations and convenings, telling compelling stories, and steering projects to successful completion. With a background as a performer and project manager, Kelley blends creative problem-solving with strategic insight to enrich her work. She is committed to leveraging the collective wisdom of groups to achieve transformative outcomes and promote both interpersonal and systemic growth.
At Woollard Nichols Torres Consulting, Kelley has demonstrated her expertise in project management, strategic planning, and coalition management. Her work ranges from coordinating nonprofit programs to leading multi-stakeholder planning initiatives, and she has managed projects of varying scopes, from short-term assignments to long-term coalition support.
A native of Austin, Kelley holds a bachelor's degree in Theatre from Northwestern University and a master’s degree in Theater & Performance Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. In her free time, you might find her pulling weeds that have once again returned to her garden or pursuing an ambitious bake beyond her level of experience.
